Refund Policy for Cohort Solutions LLC

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
PLEASE READ AND ENSURE YOU (the “PURCHASER”) UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING REFUND POLICY WHEN PURCHASING AT thecohortIV.com, cohortIV.com, thecohortIV.net, thecohortIV.net OR ANY OF ITS ASSOCIATED SITES OR PAGES. Note: this refund policy only applies to goods/services purchased directly from The Cohort IV and does not apply to any vendors whose products are recommended or promoted by The Cohort IV, please review policies for those specific vendors before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of each product, The Cohort IV has different product specific cancellation periods.
“Experience Intentional Business Victory” may be cancelled, without cancellation fee, within 30 days from the start of the course. Start of the course is the first live coaching/cohort meeting.
A. Processing of initial payment is defined based upon the method of payment, as follows:
All other product purchases including may be cancelled, without cancellation fee, within 15 days from the date the execution of the purchase agreement unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time pursuant to the terms and conditions of each product and/or service. Payment in full is due upon enrollment, and recurring subscription fees will be automatically billed to the credit card or via the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. Payment methods can be updated through Access my Account portal. Please note that requesting a cancellation of your subscription does not constitute a request for a refund; no refunds will be issued unless requested through the cancellation form and in line with the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
A. “Member Only Access” - For monthly and annual subscriptions, cancellation must be completed by following the steps in the Access my Account billing portal by 11:59PM EST before the end of the current billing period. If you would like to submit a request, instead of using the portal, You must complete the Cancellation Request Form 4 business days before the end of your billing period. Access to “Member Only Access” services will continue to be available through the last day of the paid billing period.
Requests for cancellation must be received within the stated cancellation period through our Cancellation Request Form here. Requests submitted through any other method of communication are not accepted and shall not constitute a valid request for cancellation.
You understand and agree that all funds paid are non-refundable beyond the stated cancellation period in Section I. Any cancellation request submitted past the cancellation period will be considered at The Cohort IV’s sole discretion.
In the event of a default and failure by the Purchaser to fulfill upon their contractual obligations, any credit or refund to be issued for the value of funds paid will be considered at the discretion of The Cohort IV and prorated based on coaching or other services provided up to date of default. Such credit amount is non-cancellable, non-refundable, and expires six (6) months from the date of issuance. Once applied to a new purchase, credit funds are not subject to any new cancellation or refund period, credits can only be applied to goods/services directly provided by The Cohort IV and not for any affiliate programs or vendors recommended by The Cohort IV.
